You are responsible for ensuring that your use of MONi Ai complies with all applicable privacy, data-protection, and marketing laws.

8. Intellectual Property
MONi Ai IP: All software, AI models, interfaces, designs, trademarks, branding, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive property of MONi Ai.
Client Data and Content: You retain ownership of your data, inputs, and materials you provide to MONi Ai.
AI Outputs: Clients hold commercial rights to the outputs generated through their lawful use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of MONi Ai’s intellectual property.
9. AI Outputs and Limitations
AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies, biases, or unexpected results.
You acknowledge and agree that:
AI results should be reviewed before relying on them for business decisions.
MONi Ai does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of outputs.
You assume all risk for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.
MONi Ai is not responsible for errors or damages arising from reliance on AI outputs.
10. Data and Privacy

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

MONi Ai’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination
By User: You may cancel your subscription or account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.
By MONi Ai: We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including misuse or non-payment.
Upon termination, your access to Services ends immediately. Certain obligations (such as payment owed or IP clauses) will survive termination.
13. Fair Use and API Limits
To ensure service stability and fairness:
Users must not exceed reasonable usage thresholds or rate limits.
Reselling, white-labeling, or repackaging MONi Ai’s API or outputs without consent is prohibited.
Excessive or abusive usage may result in throttling or account suspension.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Utah, unless otherwise required by law.
You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings against MONi Ai.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
MONi Ai provides all Services on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance.
